We love our food so get ready to float & bloat! Our food is awesome and our staff eats it every day! Our meals served in camp and on the river are a perfect compliment to a fantastic day of rafting. Our hearty, delicious meals are fresh, nutritious and very filling. In addition to regular meals, we are able to accommodate most dietary requirements and allergy issues. From vegetarians to kosher, gluten free to peanut free or special requests – we do our best to make sure you are well fed. Our meals feature fresh produce and top quality beef, chicken and fish. We are one of the only outfitters to have a beer and wine bar in camp. We serve on tap a micro beer as well as a selection of red and white table wines. We invite you to enjoy gourmet dining in a majestic setting accompanied by a generous helping of well-being and camaraderie.

Only American Whitewater offers you a local “on-tap” beer with your dinner, which is usually a Pale Ale or Pilsner. From our tap we proudly offer the best brew from our local brewery, Solid Ground. We also have red and white wine served during dinner. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic thirst quencher, we have lemonade available.
