We love our food so get ready to float & bloat! Our food is awesome and our staff eats it every day! Our meals served in camp and on the river are a perfect compliment to a fantastic day of rafting. Our hearty, delicious meals are fresh, nutritious and very filling. In addition to regular meals, we are able to accommodate most dietary requirements and allergy issues. From vegetarians to kosher, gluten free to peanut free or special requests – we do our best to make sure you are well fed. Our meals feature fresh produce and top quality beef, chicken and fish. We are one of the only outfitters to have a beer and wine bar in camp. We serve on tap a micro beer from Auburn Ale House as well as a selection of red and white table wines. We invite you to enjoy gourmet dining in a majestic setting accompanied by a generous helping of well-being and camaraderie.
We are the only company to have a professional chef at our River Camp cook your meals. Jodi Hall has over twenty-five years of combined experience in the catering and restaurant business. Jodi is also an accomplished, award winning BBW competition competitor. She has won awards such as as placing 1st for Tri-Tip at Feather Falls, 2nd Place at Ribs at Wind River, Grand Champ Throw Down Challenge at the Draft Horse Classic. She has also taken 1st Place at Ribs Pro-Division at the Sundial Festival where she went up against some of the top BBQ cooks from the Big Reno Rib Cook-Off and those guys are known as some of the best BBQ’ers in the nation! She has a passion for creativity in the kitchen preparing delightful, memorable meals. She is FUN and creative while bringing professional attention to detail and cleanliness.
