We love our food so get ready to float & bloat! Our food is awesome and our staff eats it every day! Our meals served in camp and on the river are a perfect compliment to a fantastic day of rafting. Our hearty, delicious meals are fresh, nutritious and very filling. In addition to regular meals, we are able to accommodate most dietary requirements and allergy issues. From vegetarians to kosher, gluten free to peanut free or special requests – we do our best to make sure you are well fed. Our meals feature fresh produce and top quality beef, chicken, and fish with complimentary soft drinks, lemonade and ice tea. We are the only outfitter to have a beer and wine bar in camp. We serve on tap a selection on 3 micro beers from Auburn Ale House as well as a light summer beer such as Coors Light. We also have a selection of red and white wines, selected from the Vineyards in our area. We invite you to enjoy gourmet dining in a majestic setting accompanied by a generous helping of well-being and camaraderie.
We are the only company to employ a professional chef in our camp. We are very pleased to have Richard as our Professional Chef this season. He has over twenty years of experience as a professional chef at 5 star Marriot hotels all over the US. He has a passion for creativity in the kitchen, preparing delightful, memorable meals. He is Fun and Creative but brings a Professional attention to detail and Culinary Standards.
