MIDWEEK TRIPS -
they're the best! |
Midweek river trips offer an opportunity to
experience rafting at a slower, more relaxed pace, with fewer people on the
water, the same great food, and all at a lower price. You can even stay an
extra day at our South Fork campsite ($10/person Sunday - Thursday &
$12/person Friday or Saturday, camping only) while you see the sights in the
heart of the Gold Rush country including quality restaurants in Placerville and
Auburn, parks and antique stores.
Combine your rafting adventure with a visit to Tahoe,
San Francisco, or enjoy wine tasting at Gold Hill Winery just minutes from our
camp. You'll want to book your midweek trip early. Try a weekday escape this
season and find out for yourself why midweek trips are so enjoyable. It can
become a habit!
Non-Rafters Welcome Too!
If you just want to hang
out while your friends or family are on the river, there is a lot to see and do
at our campsite and the surrounding area - swimming pool, historical sights,
antiques, movies, wine tasting, shopping and more. Cost is only $69/person and
includes 2 nights camping and 4 meals. Children 5 years old and under are free!

Hi Jon,
We were the
Wittwer group, the four girls from Indiana. We had an awesome trip. We came out
here for vacation and whitewater rafting was by far the best experience
ever!!!!! We had a great guide, Jeff. He was brave going with four girls
who had no idea what the heck they were doing!! We would go with your company
again if we ever get out that way again. We wouldn't mind having Jeff or Josh
or Shawn or Fletch!!!!!! Haha! Thanks again for a great experience.
