South Fork Breakfast

Blueberry Pancakes
Plump, juicy berries make these hotcakes extra special. Served with hearty sausage links and your choice of syrups: Maple and Blueberry.

American Whitewater Omelette
The creation of this masterpiece is a show in itself! A stomach-filling marvel with eggs, cheeses, and chock-full of chives, tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms. Served with salsa, hash browned potatoes, and Dutch Oven coffee cake.

Texas-style French Toast
Thick slices of French bread dipped in our special sherry-laced batter. Served with your choice of syrups, and our healthy potato and veggie scramble with fresh salsa.

Breakfast "Mucho Grande" Burritos
A generous ensemble of scrambled eggs, refried beans, cheese, veggies, and salsa rolled up in warm tortillas. Served with sizzling sausage & Spanish rice. Ole!

Breakfast is accompanied by:

Deli Feast
Select from a variety of fresh, sliced meats and combine them with Swiss, cheddar, Jack or provolone cheese on freshly baked breads. Heap with onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, olives, mushrooms, avocados, and top with three kinds of mustard and other assorted condiments.

Savory Chicken Salad Pita Pockets
Chunks of chicken mixed with chopped red onions, crispy cucumbers, parsley, walnuts, celery, and a special blend of herbs. Served in pita bread with cheese, veggies, assorted mustards, and condiments.

Create-Your-Own Burrito
Fill a flour tortilla with spicy ground beef or tasty marinated chicken along with refried beans, cheese, and veggies. Served with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and chips.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
Strips of seasoned beef, melted cheese, and grilled onions served on warm rolls with a variety of condiments.

Quick Energy P.B. & J. Always Available
Ground peanut butter with jelly, jam or honey rates as a favorite of all ages.

Lunch is always accompanied by: juice and a variety of tasty cookies or snacks.

Served with corn-on-the-cob, vegetable du jour, baked potatoes, fresh tossed green salad, and garlic or Parmesan butter-fried bread.

  Tasty pasta with a variety of fresh ingredients and seasonings. Served with vegetable du jour, tossed salad, and garlic bread.

• Mediterranean Chicken
  Barbecued Chicken cooked in a garlic, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil marinade plus Rice Pilaf, Tomato & Onion Salad and vegetabel du jour. And Garlic Bread.

  Only American Whitewater offers you three "on-tap" beer choices with your dinner. From our free-flowing taps we proudly offer the best brew from the Gold Country, Jack Russell Brewery, Placerville Brewery, plus Sierra Nevada Brewery, and the ever-popular, Budweiser.
  
  We also serve American Whitewater's own privately labeled wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
  
  We also provide an assortment of name brand soft drinks, diet and regular, for those who prefer a non-alcoholic thirst quencher.

For vegetarians we always offer an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, and a salad. A basket of fresh, locally grown apples is always available. Other vegetarian items will be made upon request.

Custom bus trips are available for larger groups midweek or weekend
